The staff is punctual, quick to understand, and makes the process of checking-in simple. No wait time, one sees the doctor immediately. First, he takes in what you can tell him about your condition, various pains, and aches. Then, he will check in all around the mouth to make sure everything is alright before focusing on the pain you've complained about and making a judgment as to what could be going on, he explains in non-doctoral graduate jargon the measures to take and gives and a sense of relaxation all the while giving you the news. He is a very kind person and willing to go above and beyond, to make sure the treatment is adequate. She has the patience and expertise to handle my child who can be difficult due to his ASD disability. It amazes me how she gets him to sit still and co-operate. It's miraculous. Before Cally, no one has ever been able to take X-rays on my child. He flat out refuses to bite down on the sensor because he perceives any discomfort as extreme pain. Cally used her expertise to use a different approach enabling her to take perfect X-rays with out any protesting or pain from her difficult little patient. She even rewarded him with a toy from her prize box!Anonymous

Fixed my smile! Fixed my smile!!A veneer on my from tooth (put on by my last dentist) chipped and partially fell off, leaving me with a nasty gap in my smile. I was able to salvage the piece that fell off, but I still figured I’d have... read moreFixed my smile!!A veneer on my from tooth (put on by my last dentist) chipped and partially fell off, leaving me with a nasty gap in my smile. I was able to salvage the piece that fell off, but I still figured I’d have to get a whole new veneer. Which is not cheap. However when I went into Dr. Ibrahim he was able to fit the piece back in with a bit of reshaping and some permanent adhesive. And it looks GREAT. Good as new within an hour at a fraction of the cost. Dr. Ibrahim definitely has the care of his patients as top priority over anything else, which is so important and often hard to find in the Dental world. Luckily a friend referred me to Dr. Ibrahim's office where they were able to squeeze me in. He was able to quickly identify and address the root cause of the pain. I was completely relieved.
